A sample of the pressure plates for railroad tank cars that we can manufacture.  These plates were made out of ASTM 516 grade 70 normalized plate.  These plates are 33" outside diameter and 2.5" thick.  These plates had 6 positions machined into them for various appliances that the tank cars these plates were going on required.  All of these plates are manufactured and inspected to AAR Standards as a minimum.

These brackets are a stock item that is used to fasten to a tank to maintain the space between the tank vessel and exterior shell of a railroad tank car.

Texas Tank Car Works manufactures braces, brackets, and other cut and bent parts to print any quantity needed.

This nozzle we manufactured is totally complete with 2% gage mounted and bottom cut ready to fit to railcar tank.  We can supply nozzles completed to any stage of completion you require.
