This large 1995 Cincinnati Sabre Vertical Machining Center has 26"y axis travel by 26" z axis travel by 50" x axis travel.  The Sabre has large linear guide ways with linear encoders on all axis giving feedback to a Fagor 8055 MC Conversational Control.  This Sabre is equipped with a horizontal and vertical 4th axis, thru the tool coolant, 10,000 rpm spindle, 21 tool change carousel, spindle chiller.  Machine is on a DNC Network.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This picture is of the headstock end of  our American 3220 CNC Lathe and the Fagor 8025 Control.  This lathe was remanufactured in 2000 with new and rebuilt ball screws, AC Digital Drives, rebuilt x--axis, linear encoder on x--axis, Eurotherm Main Spindle Drive. 

The 3220W swings over 32" and 10' between centers.

The machine to the left is a Cincinnati #6 Plain Horizontal and Vertical Milling Machine with overarm and supports.  This machine can take care of your  heavy milling requirements as the horizontal spindle is rated at 50 horsepower and the vertical spindle is 5 horsepower.  This machine has over 62" of  x axis travel, 12" of y axis travel, and 21" of z axis travel.  The table is 20" wide by 104" long.
